While in New York she performed with classical and modern dance companies and made lifelong friendships with incredible artists that have helped shape and develop dance into a conscious and poignant art form.

As a PT Jemina worked with dancers from the New York City Ballet and other professional companies, students from the Juilliard school as well as performers from Broadway shows. She specializes in ballet and contemporary/modern technique, alignment, neuromuscular control and breath.

In 2012 Jemina moved back home to the New Orleans region where she has worked, taught, and choreographed for over 10 years and is very grateful and excited to join the NOCCA team.
